Watched this movie again.
I find so often I just want to fight the easy fight.
I don’t have it in me to take on another full scale battle.
Yet every time I look back on my life, the greatest things came to us as a result of fighting the good fights.
It would have been easy to just keep going to the same infertility doctor in Tucson.
But the good fight meant a trip to New Jersey a month after 9/11 to take our last shot at a biological child.
We went the distance.
And the greatest miracle in our lives was conceived.
So to honor that spirit of fighting the good fight, here’s today’s verse:
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.
2 Timothy 4:7 NIV
